Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to assist the Application Manager in the details of the processing of Short Term teams representing Assemblies of God World Missions (AGWM).

Facilitate direction for World Missions short-term teams: receive and respond to calls, letters, e-mails etc.

Participating in updating and maintaining team forms, instructions, and team processing manual.

Coordinate all International Ministries (IM) Team approvals in conjunction with the individual offices and in cooperation with IM personnel.

Communicate with team leaders, churches and AGWM departments to facilitate insurance coverage for all team members, as necessary.

Communicate with missionaries and or Area Directors for team approvals, advising when teams are slated for areas of extreme caution.

Communicate with IT Account Services regarding account numbers for team coordinators and website log-ins.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum one year clerical experience.
  • PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Knowledge of AGWM philosophy and programs helpful.
  • Knowledge of world geography helpful.
  • Knowledge of business or accounting training.
  • Data entry.
  • Customer service.
  • General office skills.
