We're looking for a detail-oriented Staff Development Assistant to help drive our mission forward! In this role, you will play a vital role in our staff development operations. This position will handle scheduling, coordinating materials, attendance tracking, and supporting Growth Academy - our internal leadership program. You'll work closely with various departments, assisting with event logistics and data management.

The Staff Development Assistant will perform administrative tasks to support efficient operations in Staff Development of The Arc of the Ozarks. General supervision is received from the Assistant Director of Staff Development; however, the employee is expected to exercise independent judgment and initiative within the limit of established guidelines and procedures. This position will work collaboratively with various areas within the organization on assigned projects and tasks.
This position is an hourly, non-exempt position.

- Minimum of a diploma from an accredited high school or equivalent is required.Experience Requirements
- minimum of six months clerical, human services, other relevant experience is required.Familiarity
- Knowledge of The Arc of the Ozarks, its clientele, programs and workforce is highly desired.
