Position Details- Education:
High School plus specialized training (minimum 6 months). - Valid Drivers License.
- Experience:
3 to 5 years minimum working as an office manager or department assistant Certification/Registration.

- Requires strong oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers and follow instructions.
- Verbal ability required to read and understand manuals. Numerical ability required to make calculations.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments, conceptualize and formulate finished product.
- Ability to performance manage suppliers and contractors.
- Requires proficient and proven knowledge and use of various computer software such as Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Must have experience with database management.
- Ability to manage time and materials efficiently. Completes work assignments in a high-quality manner and the lowest cost to Mercy.
- Requires exceptional customer service skills and ability to achieve department goals.
- Education:
2 or more years of formal training in data management, accounting, purchasing, or office management. - Trained in the use of Microsoft Teams, Webex, and SharePoint.
- Experience:
5 or more years working as an office manager or department assistant in a healthcare environment.
