Hiring Range $15/hr.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

Department/Employer Operating Hours 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday

Receptionist duties – answering phones, transferring calls to appropriate staff or other University departments, taking messages, scheduling appointments with counselors; office duties as assigned.

Professional, personable, and calm demeanor dealing with students, staff, faculty, and others who contact the Counseling Center by phone or those who walk in. Office experience preferred. Excellent skills in customer service, office machine experience 2.5 minimum GPA
