Creative Modular Construction is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable administrative experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Answer phones and greet employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Perform filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
• Maintain electronic and paper records.
• Prepare basic documents, forms, and spreadsheets.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Monitor and order office supplies.
• Assist HR and other departments with administrative tasks.
• Support employee onboarding and company communications.
• Assist with meetings and company events.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  .
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Dependable and professional.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
