• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so customers are informed if additional service is needed.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain shop special tools and equipment and return them when jobs are completed.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Maintain bay in an orderly manner.
• Ensure that customer vehicles are kept clean and undamaged.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Ability to identify problems quickly.
• Ability to learn new technology, repairs and service procedures and specifications.
• Able to operate diagnostic equipment and computers.
