As a Sales & Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers—helping them understand their vehicle needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and on the telephone, using standardized customer‑service techniques.
  • Listen to and document customers’ concerns, inspect vehicles, and reference service history to accurately identify and verify service needs.
  • Recommend services with appropriate knowledge, clearly communicating any additional recommendations from the technician so customers can make informed decisions; properly document all recommendations in the customer file.
  • Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating product understanding and associated service requirements.
  • Provide customers with an accurate quote that includes cost and time for approved services; keep customers updated on the status of their services throughout the day.
  • Follow proper procedures when finalizing a ticket, including reviewing the completed multi‑point inspection and explaining applicable warranties.
  • Conduct follow‑up phone calls after repairs and declined services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process‑driven environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
