Reliable Collision is a top-performing, award winning Toyota/ Lexus Certified Collision Center within Berkshire Hathaway Automotive that services Reliable Toyota/Lexus, BMW of Springfield, and Audi Springfield. We’re looking for an experienced Collision Center Estimator who knows how to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
We believe in paying “A” quality money for “A” quality talent. Most of our repairs are on newer Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
We expect accuracy, urgency, accountability, strong communication, and an uncompromising commitment to customer service.

• Own the customer experience from estimate to delivery.
• Inspect vehicles, identify damage, and write thorough, accurate estimates.
• Work directly with insurance adjusters to document, support, and authorize repairs.
• Photograph and document damage, supplements, and repair requirements.
• Communicate consistently with customers, insurance companies, technicians, and management.
• Handle multiple repair orders without losing control of the details.
• Coordinate with production to keep vehicles moving through the shop.
• Deliver completed vehicles and ensure customers leave confident and satisfied.
• Protect and build our reputation through above-averageCSI results. WHAT IT TAKES TO WIN We need an Estimator who is:

• Focused on results, customer satisfaction, and getting the job done

CCC ONE experience is a major advantage. Computer proficiency is required. CDK experience is helpful but not required.
