Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Coordination/Administration of Professional Customer Sales Programs. To provide support to Professional Programs such as composition and production of correspondence, file maintenance, and special projects. Assist Professional Programs in all day-to-day activities and projects as deemed necessary by management.
Essential Job Functions- Professional Programs
- Data entry of Worry Free contracts
- Data entry of Certified Auto Repair contracts
- Manage website listing for C.A.R. customers
- Place orders for new C.A.R. and W.F. customer material
- Scanning and indexing
- Weekly email communications to field team members
- Provide technical support for field Team Members on all Professional Programs offerings
- Program’s Reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly)
Required:
- High school diploma
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects occurring simultaneously
- Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Lotus Notes and heavy Excel Spreadsheets
- Experience in data entry and 10-key
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Must present a professional company image and positive attitude
- Comfortable in a TEAM-oriented work environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift packages up to 40 lbs
