Management Trainee

Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. The program provides hands‑on rotations in various departments and is aimed at developing leadership skills.

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to executive leadership seminars and divisional summits.

Required

• Must have, or will obtain, a bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including an active driver’s license, age 21 or older, DOT medical certification, and documentation of previous employment.

Preferred

• Co‑op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles.
• A business or otherwise related academic major.
• A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.

Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
