Business Development Representative | St. Louis, MO

The Role:

From First Hello to Long-Term Partner

In this role, you aren’t just a middleman. You are the face of our company. You will manage the entire lifecycle of a client relationship—finding them, winning them over, and making sure they stay happy.

1. Building Your Network (The Sales)
  • The Hunt: You’ll identify local businesses that are growing and need help. You aren’t "cold calling"; you’re introducing yourself as a resource to help them solve their staffing headaches.
  • The Meeting: You’ll sit down with decision makers to listen. You won’t give a canned pitch; you’ll work with your team to create a solution and figure out exactly how we can help them run smoother.
2. Managing the Relationship (The Account Management)
  • Beyond the Sale: Once a client signs on, your job has just begun. You’ll stay embedded in their business, making sure our team is delivering exactly what they need.
  • The Trusted Advisor: You’ll move from being a "vendor" to a partner. You’ll support Talent Management, check in regularly with your clients, review how things are going, and find new ways to help clients and talent succeed.
