About the Role

The role involves documenting business processes, translating them into functional specifications, condensing information into user documentation and learning resources, and developing detailed business cases and ROI calculations while identifying potential risks.

• Analyze business procedures and determine effective solutions for business software systems.
• Document business processes and needs, translate them into detailed functional specifications for system development.
• Condense complex information into user documentation and learning resources.
• Develop detailed business cases and ROI calculations and identify potential risks.
• Familiarize with all aspects of software development and the project management life cycle.
• Identify test cases, explain complex processes, and develop test plans.
• Show initiative and contribute to professional development initiatives.

• Experience with Agile/Iterative development methodologies and tools.
• Experience with defect management tools.
• Database experience.
