Responsible for supporting the leasing or maintenance teams by assisting in administrative tasks and technical/mechanical work to meet performance goals during apartment turnaround season.

• Perform administrative tasks for the leasing office (copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls, organizing rent payments, and other collateral materials).
• Assist with lease preparation, move-in and move-out processes by printing required paperwork and organizing resident lease files.
• Conduct on-campus marketing outreach to generate community awareness and qualified traffic.
• Assist with resident functions, including parties, welcome parties, unit visits, and other programs to achieve resident satisfaction goals.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities: pick up trash and debris, pressure-wash breezeways and pool areas, perform general cleaning, and paint curbs and signage.
• Perform touch-up paint and caulking/sealing for both vacant and occupied units as needed around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.

• Base salary plus eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus for corporate positions (or weekly/monthly/quarterly for onsite property positions).
• Additional compensation determined by business requirements, prior experience, current skills, and geographical location.
