Position: Fixed Operations Specialist (St. Louis Market)

Work Schedule

Hybrid: expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by the manager. All work requirements are subject to change based on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Establish the “Hawthorne Effect” through regular and consistent onsite presence at assigned dealers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealer personnel including principals and key decision‑makers
  • Analyze assigned accounts to identify opportunities for loss control
  • Create and implement customized action plans for each assigned dealer to address identified opportunities
  • Establish dealer‑facing contact cadence appropriate for assigned dealer based on loss performance
  • Handle individual claims as needed or reconcile claim issues including adjudication of complex claims
  • Perform mechanical inspections at assigned accounts based on business need
  • Conduct consultative reviews to assess sales versus submissions, repair orders, and used‑car trends; communicate results, impact and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver dealer‑facing training to support products, processes and action plans
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all activities in Salesforce
  • Communicate and collaborate regularly with matrix partners to support dealer retention and acquisitions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and assist with training and onboarding new team members
  • Participate in additional training, educational activities, and regulatory compliance awareness
  • Engage in and lead special projects
Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ year(s) of experience
  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of automotive industry experience; prior dealer experience preferred
  • Automotive technical expertise
  • Ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision makers
  • Problem‑solving capabilities
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must possess excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Analytical skills to assess data and identify trends
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Power BI
  • Strong customer service skills and professional presence
  • * In Canada may require fluency in French

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $85,000 – $150,000 USD. Eligible for annual incentive plan.
