Regulatory Compliance Specialist
The Automation & Service Manager is a hands‑on, detail‑focused contributor who supports the successful delivery and lifecycle care of IWEISS automation and counterweight rigging systems via comissionings, reports, and on site inspections. Reporting to the Program Director, this role interfaces daily with the Vice President, Project Managers, Engineering, any outside controls subcontractor(s), and the Missouri manufacturing/test teams to ensure documentation accuracy, pre‑commissioning readiness, commissioning coordination, and customer support are executed to standard.
This position prepares all pre‑FAT documents, reviews completed FAT documentation, drives follow‑up actions if required, schedules and performs in‑field commissioning / start‑ups, and generates final SAT documentation and any closeout documentation to Project Management.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and the internet
- Ability to generate documentation for standardized use

- Outreach: ≥ 20 qualified customer touches (calls/emails) with log entries
- Bookings:
Target run‑rate supporting 40% GPM (mix of inspections/commissioning).
- 100% call log compliance; ≥ 90% of logs with root cause identified. – When it is determined
- 100% of site visits reported using the correct template within 24 hours.
- ≤ 5% documents requiring revisions
- ≥ 95% on‑time delivery of pre‑FAT packets and commissioning prerequisites.
- FAT review turnaround: ≤ 2 business days; corrective response: ≤ 1 business day.
