iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Preconstruction team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry.

We are currently looking for a Trade Partner Qualification Specialist to join our Preconstruction team located at our office in Granite City, IL or Chesterfield, MO
. Our ideal candidate for a Trade Partner Qualification Specialist is someone who has 2+
years of experience and will serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and trade partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient compliance process that supports project success and risk mitigation.

Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Trade Partner Qualification Specialist include:
  • Administrating and managing subcontractor and vendor prequalification within Trade Tapp, ensuring compliance with company standards in safety performance and documentation, quality programs and history, financial strength and capacity, and insurance and licensing status.
  • Reviewing submitted documentation, to ensure all requested documents have been submitted and are ready for department review for safety records, quality control processes, and financial statements, backlog, and capacity metrics.
  • Monitoring internal department approvals (safety, quality, and finance) to ensure each department is completing reviews and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all compliance data entered into Trade Tapp is accurate, complete, and current.
  • Communicating directly with subcontractors and vendors to request missing or updated information, clarify submissions, and provide guidance on compliance requirements and system use.
  • Monitoring approval statuses and proactively follow up to prevent lapses in compliance.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure only qualified trade partners are onboarded.
  • Supporting alignment and integration with Autodesk Construction Cloud tools (including Building Connected and related platforms where applicable).
  • Generating reports and dashboards to provide visibility into trade partner risk, compliance status, and trends.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and user experience within Trade Tapp.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and compliance information.
Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Trade partner Qualification Specialist include:
  • 2+ years of experience in construction administration, compliance, risk management, or subcontractor/vendor management.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and documentation review.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate directly with external partners and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Experience working with Trade Tapp or similar prequalification/compliance platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Building Connected, or related tools.
  • Understanding of construction industry metrics related to safety, insurance, quality, and financial health.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to confidently communicate with trade partners, subcontractors, vendors, and project executives to ensure timely communication.
  • Comfortable learning and navigating digital platforms and cloud-based systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused approach when supporting trade partners through compliance requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000
