Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Education may be considered in lieu of experience.
Experience
- 3 years of healthcare or supervisory experience unless preferred education met
- Leadership:
Ability to inspire and motivate caregivers to achieve practice goals. - Problem‑solving:
Capacity to identify issues and implement effective solutions. - Communication:
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. - Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other stakeholders. - Time Management:
Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities. - Adaptability:
Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and environments.

Bachelor’s degree
