Description of Primary DutiesOperations Assistants assist the Operations Team at efactory in maintaining meeting and office spaces while also supporting the organizations and clients we host daily for training, meetings, and events.
Job duties include:
- Meeting space setup for training and other business-related events.
- Front desk coverage.
- Maintenance of office equipment and spaces for daily use.
- High attention to detail
- Can prioritize and start tasks that are done on a daily basis without much support
- Works well with a team and independently when needed
- Easily switches tasks based on a dynamic work environment
