Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The Springfield-Greene County Park Board is seeking an Accounting Clerk I for the Business Operations division. Assignments will include but are not limited to: accounts payables, and accounts receivables. Effectively communicating with internal and external customers while maintaining a positive attitude is a must!
Join a fun team environment and work collaboratively on responsible accounting duties necessary for Springfield-Greene County Park Board operations. This position performs reception duties, answers the telephone, files, and provide top-notch customer service to the community as well as internal customers. Additionally, this position assists with the processing of daily revenue paperwork from various revenue sites within the Springfield-Greene County Park Board.
The ideal candidate will display strong attention to detail and organization skills. This position will be the face of the department and have the unique opportunity to create a positive customer experience.
This position will be working primarily in Microsoft Excel, Active (Point of Sale Software) and Oracle, so strong computer skills are necessary for success, along with the ability to multi-task. Don't miss the opportunity to be a part of this professional and dynamic team.
