We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Construction Scheduler with experience supporting large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This remote role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules with a focus on complex mechanical scopes, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems. The Scheduler will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure accurate planning, resource allocation, and on-time project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for mechanical construction projects.
- Coordinate with project teams to integrate mechanical activities into overall project schedules.
- Track progress, identify delays, and recommend recovery plans.
- Provide reporting and schedule updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of scheduling experience in mechanical construction.
- Proven expertise with large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (P6 or similar).
