What You’ll Do- Run multifamily construction projects from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and schedules
- Keep projects on time, on budget, and high quality
- Solve problems in the field—fast and effectively
- Communicate with leadership, vendors, and site teams
- Own the job site and drive results
- 8+ years in construction management or similar role
- Experience managing multiple projects at once
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing
- Ability to lead crews and hold people accountable
- Organized, proactive, and solution-focused
