Heavy Equipment Operations & Management Instructor - Project Estimation Specialist
Days, M-F, On Site
Salary starts at $63,000.
Required Qualifications- Minimum of five years of experience in the heavy equipment operations industry
- Excellent communications, computer, and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
- A bachelor's degree or willingness to earn one
- Prior teaching/training experience, especially in a hands‑on or vocational setting
- Five or more years of related work experience in Construction Estimation
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong proficiency in Excel and construction estimating software
- Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and materials
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to perform Quantity takeoffs and cost modeling
