We are seeking a Laborer/Flagger to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with general construction tasks.
  • Direct and control traffic around construction work areas, using signals, signs, and hand gestures.
  • Drive a company pickup truck for mobile, fast‑paced flagging operations covering mile‑long sections of roadway.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Report to jobs based out of Cassville, MO, with work taking place across Missouri and Northwest Arkansas.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Class E driver’s license required, with the ability to drive a company pickup truck.
  • Experience in construction or related industry preferred.
  • Experience in traffic control or related industry preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
