We are seeking a Utility Laborer to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.
** Must be willing to travel - can expect to travel to Broken Arrow, OK frequently.**#
** Responsibilities
* ** Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
* Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
* Other duties as assigned#
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in construction or related industry preferred
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
* Basic math and measurement skills
