Ontivity is seeking a Lead Tower Hand to supervise erection, construction, and maintenance of tower sites. You will support the Foreman/Construction Manager and Project Manager, ensuring OSHA compliance and safety procedures.
Responsibilities include leading tower top work, installing equipment, cabling, grounding, and documenting closeouts. You will mentor crew, photograph tasks for closeout packages, and travel extensively to customer sites as required.
