Material Runner / Laborer – Springfield, MO

Must currently reside within ~30 miles of Springfield, MO. This is an on‑site, community‑based role – local roots and knowledge of the Springfield area strongly preferred.

$42,000.00 per year

• Pick up construction materials from suppliers and deliver them safely to job sites.
• Verify materials before pickup and delivery to ensure accuracy.
• Return unused materials to suppliers.
• Upload delivery and return documentation into the appropriate job files.
• Retrieve materials and equipment from job sites as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Organize and maintain stock and storage areas.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist the Fleet Manager with maintaining company vehicles.
• Help maintain accurate material inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable, dependable, and safety‑conscious.
• Flexible availability, including occasional weekends.

• Previous roofing or construction experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
