Job DescriptionProvide technical direction in the production of assigned projects and publications.
Maintain file management system and track incoming data and correspondence on all Fire Bible and production projects.
Liaison with project for matters for the layout phase of assigned projects to assure they are press ready, on time and within budget.
Complete correspondence and communication needs, scheduling of calendar events, and preparation of purchase requisitions.
Provide support to the Production Division Director with the preparation and maintenance of contracts.
Assist the office Print and Distribution as requested with price comparisons, blue line reviews, shipping logistics, and material selections for projects.
Qualifications- High school diploma required.
- College degree in graphic design preferred.
- Extensive experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Office Suite, Drop Box file programs and cloud-based software.
