Overview

We are looking for a creative, independent sign designer and producer who can handle everything from graphics creation to final installation. The role blends artistic design with hands‑on production, using power tools, hand tools, and a variety of printing equipment.

• Create computer‑generated, full‑color graphics for sign production.
• Weed, cut, and apply vinyl to diverse substrates such as cars, buildings, and other products.
• Operate wide‑format printers, plotters, and laser engravers.
• Assist with the production and installation of signage, using power tools and hand tools.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
• Cross‑train on multiple equipment types as required.

• No official design experience required; must possess solid basic computer skills and a creative mindset.
• Self‑motivated team player capable of working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Independent worker who strives for excellence and appreciates simplicity and clean design.

• Compensation: $16.00 per hour
• Typically Monday through Friday business hours
