You help around the studio, come along on shoots, and learn how the work gets made.

We're five people who take pictures, build websites, and produce content for aliving. We need a hand. Someone in high school, curious about how a creativecompany runs, willing to do the unglamorous parts that keep it running.

Some of it is shoots: prepping gear, carrying it, holding a light, watching a thingget planned and shot and turned into something a client can use. Some of it is theoffice: files, scheduling, email.

No experience required. No portfolio, no cover letter that uses the word "passionate." Show up on time, stay curious, and we'll handle the rest.

Where Springfield, Missouri. In person.

Who A high schooler. Reliable, curious, on time.

If you're under 16 You'll need a work permit. We'll walk you through it.

• The work

  Photography, content, and web, up close. How the thing on the screen got there.

• The set

  How a shoot gets planned, lit, shot, and wrapped, on real ones with real clients.

• The unglamorous part

  Files, scheduling, email. The order things happen in. Every company runs on it.

Email  and tell us who you are. What you're into, when you're free, whether you're 16 yet. A few sentences is plenty. If a parent or guardian needs to be in the loop, that's expected.
