1440 Photography, LLC (dba 1440 Real Estate Media)is a fast-growing real estate media company based in Northwest Arkansas (Est. 2022),
serving Southwest Missouri
. We help top-producing real estate agents win listings and sell homes faster through high-quality photography, drone media, video tours, virtual staging, and related digital media services.

We're growing our roster of independent field contractors across

Southwest Missouri
to keep pace with rising demand. This is a
1099 independent contractor
role — you run your own business, set your own availability, and take the assignments that fit your schedule. It's an ideal fit for an established photographer or drone operator who wants steady, well-organized real estate assignments to add to their own work.

What you'd shoot:listing photography, aerial/drone, video tours, and virtual media for real estate agents — booked and coordinated through our platform, with our next-day delivery standard, so your time goes to shooting rather than admin.

• Active
  FAA Part 107
  certification (required)
• Your own
  qualifying camera gear
  meeting our specs (details covered in the interview)
• Strong command of composition, lighting, and camera settings
• Experience with real estate or architectural photography (a strong plus)
• Comfort working on-site at properties — moving equipment and adapting to varied environments
• Professional, client-focused communication with agents on location
• Valid driver's license and
  reliable transportation
  for travel to shoots across the Springfield, Joplin, and broader Southwest Missouri region
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and consistent with on-time delivery
