As an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tim Dugan - State Farm Agent, you are essential to our daily operations and customer success. You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Your role involves proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve our customers' lives.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and respond promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
