Key Responsibilities Assist customers holding prepaid corporate marketing mini vacation packages
Requalify customers based on current corporate marketing package tour qualifications
Positively influence the tour show rate through effective communication and service
Resolve customer issues using a one call resolution approach and established guidelines
Maintain professional conduct and deliver high quality service to all customers and team members
Adhere to scheduled work hours report on time and meet performance expectations
Manage time effectively and maintain attention to detail
Uphold a clean courteous professional attitude and appearance
Job Requirements Education Training Experience High School Diploma or GED required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to pass a background check
Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service abilities
General computer proficiency
Proper phone etiquette
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle sensitive customer interactions professionally
