Responsibilities- Answer phone sales calls and emails coming into Customer Relations.
- Answer product questions.
- Receive and prioritize for entry incoming orders or communications from web, mail, fax and email.
- Analyze customer needs.
- Provide product and program information.
- Research accounts and set up new ones as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs).
- Typing (40 WPM).
- Experience in customer service.
- General office skills.
