What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present service packages
  • Provide exceptional customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate value in switching services
  • Problem solve and encourage business customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Strong ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in customer service or sales within the telecommunications industry
  • Strong communication skills and ability to tailor interactions to customer needs
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
