In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create organized travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary development, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining accurate records.
You will also assist with itinerary adjustments, confirmations, and documentation needs before, during, and after travel when necessary. The role emphasizes strong organization, client communication, and attention to detail rather than direct sales responsibilities.
