Order Entry Specialist

In this position, you will handle construction-style data entry while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders. You will serve as a direct point of contact for our customers, providing clear, timely, and professional communication. Your ability to problem-solve and follow through on requests will help ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

• Accurately enter and process construction-related data and orders
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide exceptional service
• Follow through on requests and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure order accuracy and proactively address any missing information
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold AGF Glass’s commitment to top-tier service and going above and beyond for our customers

• Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
• Detail‑oriented with excellent data entry and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of customer needs
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Overtime as needed
• Starting Pay is $16/hour
• Paid Major Holidays
