Part-Time Monday-Friday, available some Saturdays
Essential Job Functions
-Demonstrate Legacy Bank and Trust corporate values in every situation and interaction.
-Possess knowledge of all banking products, including other lines of business within the bank. Stay current on new products, pricing, and cross-sell opportunities within retail and other departments of the bank.
-Open/close depository accounts and facilitate maintenance on existing accounts. Review for accuracy and compliance.
-Uncover needs and deepen customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate bank products.
-Assist with internet banking and debit card requests.
-Perform basic and complex daily teller functions (cash handling, balancing of drawers, vaults, coin machine, etc.)
-Consistently provide exceptional customer service and appropriately manage customer complaints.
-Comply with bank policy, laws, and regulations.
-Complete all required training as well as ABA assigned courses.
-All other duties as assigned.

-Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
Education and Experience
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Two or more years of customer service experience

-Seeing:
Must be able to see well enough to see computer screen and read documents (75-100% of work time spent on activity).

Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors, and employees (75-100% of work time spent on activity).

-Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling:
Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up paper products or materials (25-49% of work time spent on activity).

Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds (0-24% of work time spent on activity).
-Grasping/Feeling:
Must be able to write, type and use technical equipment (75-100% of work time spent on activity).
