Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative I, you will focus on supporting our customers and independent sales and service representatives with orders, follow-up, and general questions. This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction.

  • Process complex service requests that require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage the service request process from gathering specifications to assisting with claims and every step in between, follow up as needed.
  • Build relationships with customers (internal & external) by maintaining a superior level of customer service.
  • Resolve all order issues and customer satisfaction concerns.
  • Confer with customers and Hunter service representatives via telephone or email to provide information needed, work within a call queue system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills as well as written and verbal communications skills.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills when interacting with customers.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A detail-oriented professional who takes initiative in proposing solutions to challenges.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
