About The OpportunityThis role will have you arranging domestic and complex international travel for busy executives including air, car, hotel and ground transportation. You will participate in a three-week paid onboarding program to boost knowledge, train on contract airfares and sharpen Sabre skills. Corporate travel agents handle air, car, rail and ground transportation bookings, ticketing, changes, exchanges and queue management. You will offer exceptional customer service to satisfy business traveler needs and build relationships with corporate accounts so travelers are supported by a dedicated team of Corporate Travel professionals.
Our business hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM MT, Monday – Friday. A typical schedule includes a 40-hour work week with five 8-hour shifts; be prepared to work an evening shift until 7:00 PM once or twice a week.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel
- Build rapport and develop relationships with business travelers to ensure their travel needs are in the hands of a trusted team
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations while meeting travelers’ needs
- Execute responsibilities within company guidelines for customer service, documentation of PNRS (Passenger Name Records) and profiles, ticketing, invoicing, and maintaining accuracy
- Stay informed about airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and apply this knowledge to travel arrangements
- Deliver consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
- Inform clients about travel documents and health requirements for destinations
- Handle ticketing, Phase IVs, and exchanges involving complex international fares
- Manage rerouting and exchange processes to minimize disruption
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment for colleagues
- 2+ years of recent experience in corporate travel management
- In-depth familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance
- Exposure to quality control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance of bookings
- Proficiency in ticketing procedures and handling complex itinerary changes and exchanges for international and domestic travel
- Proven ability to navigate complex itineraries, international fares, and PNRs to meet client requirements
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Ability to handle multiple urgent tasks while maintaining efficiency and quality
- Strong decision-making skills to resolve travel-related issues promptly
- Excellent communication skills to keep clients informed and reassured
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
- Comfortable using travel booking systems and various communication tools
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to adapt to new technologies
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

CompensationHourly pay rate of $28.85 plus commission/incentive earnings. On-target earnings typically range between $60,000 - $67,000. The annual salary range represents total compensation excluding benefits.
