Overview

This role will have you arranging domestic and complex international travel for busy executives, including air, car, hotel and ground transportation. You will participate in a paid three-week onboarding to boost knowledge, train on contract airfares, and sharpen Sabre skills. Corporate travel agents handle air, car, rail and ground transportation bookings, ticketing, changes and exchanges, while delivering exceptional customer service to satisfy business traveler needs.

Our business hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM MT, Monday – Friday. A typical schedule includes a 40-hour work week with five 8-hour shifts, with evening shifts until 7:00 PM once or twice a week.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel
  • Build rapport with business travelers to ensure their travel needs are in the hands of a trusted team
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations while meeting travelers' needs
  • Perform all responsibilities within company guidelines for customer service, documentation of PNRS (Passenger Name Records) and profiles, ticketing, invoicing, and maintaining accuracy
  • Stay informed about airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and apply this knowledge to travel arrangements
  • Deliver consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
  • Keep clients informed about travel documents and health requirements for destinations
  • Handle ticketing, Phase IVs, and exchanges involving complex international fares
  • Manage rerouting and exchange processes to minimize disruption
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment
Experience & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of corporate travel management experience
  • In-depth familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance
  • Experience with quality control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Proficiency in ticketing procedures and scripting, with ability to handle complex itinerary changes
  • Ability to navigate complex itineraries, international fares, and PNRs to meet client requirements
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and maintain efficiency and quality
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve travel issues promptly
  • Excellent communication to keep clients informed and reassured
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable with travel booking systems and various communication tools
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to adapt to new technologies
