Customer Service Representative (Front Desk CSR)

Penmac Staffing is hiring a full‑time Customer Service Representative to support a client company in a front desk, customer‑facing role. This position is ideal for someone with strong people skills, solid computer abilities, and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy helping others and keeping an office running smoothly, this could be a great opportunity.

• Greet and assist customers at the front desk
• Set up and cancel services as needed
• Provide billing support and coordinate account updates
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns
• Perform general administrative support duties
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (data entry, email, systems navigation)
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
• Previous office, billing, or customer service experience preferred

• Full‑time, Monday through Friday
• 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with a 1‑hour unpaid lunch (some flexibility available)

• Office setting
• Business casual attire (jeans allowed; must remain customer‑appropriate)
