Oversee customer transactions and signage accuracy, including shelves, tags, and pricing;
Coach and mentor front-end staff to enhance customer service and teamwork;
Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to Harps policies and procedures;
Respond to shifting priorities and provide timely service during evenings, weekends, and holidays
