Description of Primary Duties
Student worker duties include answering phones, making copies as needed, directing incoming office traffic, occasionally running errands across campus, picking up and delivering mail, keeping supplies stocked, typing various documents, performing light housekeeping among such other duties, and covering the front office when the Administrative Assistant and Department Head is out of the office, and such other tasks.
Required Qualifications
Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher and qualify for Federal Work Study, be detail oriented, ability to work well with deadlines, desire to work, task oriented, problem solver, having good communication and analytical skills, organized, good time manager, and strong written communication skills. Available to work Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Professional, creative writing and English majors or equivalent is a plus.
