Customer Service Representative
Are you naturally helpful and enjoy supporting others? Penmac Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, in-person opportunity in Springfield, MO. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and delivering a great customer experience every day.
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative- Previous customer service experience preferred (office, or call center)
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and basic office software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Provide order status updates and follow up as needed
- Assist customers with product or service questions
- Process returns and warranty claims
- Support internal sales teams when needed
- Maintain and update customer information in the system
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner
The ideal Customer Service Representative is dependable, proactive, and enjoys helping others. This role is a great fit for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and builds strong relationships.
Pay and Schedule- Pay rate: $19/hour
- Full-time, in-person position in Springfield, MO
