Description
The Contributor Services Representative I serves as the initial point of contact for contributions within the Assemblies of God. This role demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of donation processes, services, and systems, acting as a knowledgeable resource for in‑house personnel, districts, churches, and individual donors.
Responsibilities- Provide donor support on phone, email, and online chat.
- Maintain and update donor information.
- Facilitate contributions via online platform (AG Giving).
- Facilitate contributions via mail or phone call.
- Support financial accuracy.
- High school diploma (college degree preferred).
- Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
- PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Data entry, customer service, and general office skills.
