ALL POSITIONS ARE ON-SITE IN SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI.
NO REMOTE WORK.
POSITION SUMMARY:The Contributor Services Representative I serves as the initial point of contact for contributions within the Assemblies of God. This role involves demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the donation processes, our services, and our systems. The goal is to act as a knowledgeable resource for in-house personnel, districts, churches and individual donors.
- Provide donor support on phone, via email and via online chat.
- Maintain and update donor information.
- Facilitate contributions via online platform, AG Giving.
- Facilitate contributions via mail or via phone call.
- Support financial accuracy.
- High school diploma
- College degree preferred
- Minimum 12 months customer service experience required
- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Data Entry

- General Office Skills
