Overview
Perform general receptionist duties. Responsible for greeting patients, their families and co-workers. Provides correct information in assisting patients and their families on finding their way throughout our facilities. Creates a positive first impression and presents a positive presence by providing excellent customer service consistent with the established guidelines and goals of Mercy Hospital-Springfield. Performs related duties as assigned.
Position Details:Located at MERCY HOSPITAL SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI PRN
MINIMUM Qualifications:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:- Demonstrate skills in communication and the ability to deal with a variety of people.
- Also possess good judgment and dependable.
- Must have good understanding and knowledge of basic windows (word, excel & email)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk from floor to floor to make rounds.
- Clean rooms as needed.
- Do a variety of paperwork.
- Calculator, computer, credit card machine.
