Patient Care:
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth while maintaining patient comfort.

Diagnostic Imaging:
Take and develop high-quality dental x-rays to assist the dentist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide customized home care instructions to promote optimal health.

Clinical Procedures:
Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed, assist the dentist during clinical procedures, and maintain a sterile environment.

Documentation:
Record patient information, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately using Eaglesoft software.

We are a family-friendly dental office, and we pride ourselves on offering many different dental services for our patients. Our hygienists are able to use their time for dental cleanings, education and building relationships with our patients.

We average 50-60 patients per day

We have patients that we have been seeing for 40-50 years. We see families of patients spanning 3-4 generations.

We see 2-3 new patients per day so our practice is still growing.

Our patients are mostly young adults ages 20-40 as well as families with young children.

Maybe 20% of our patient population is older: 65+

1 Dentist and currently looking for an associate

2 dental assistants and ready to hire a 3rd when associate dentist begins.

4 full time hygienists and we are looking for a 5th hygienist.

Main focus: CEREC same day crowns, removable pros, composite restorations, simple oral surgery.

Dr. Chris's father, Dr. Ray McKowen started the dental practice in 1977.

10 units, 4 for Dr treatment rooms, 5 for hygiene and 1 for emergency overflow.

Digital xrays, CEREC same day crowns, Prime scan scanner for crowns, partials, night guards and retainers.

2 ultrasonic units, 3 autoclaves in central sterilization

Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch.

We work 1 Friday per month from 8am-4pm.

Option to work additional Fridays if seeking more hours.

Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, 1 week summer vacation and 2 weeks Christmas vacation. Several paid holidays, sick pay and PTO.
