Our vision is to usher in a new age of cooperation, collaboration, and sustainability. We do this by demonstrating what’s possible, open‑sourcing and free‑sharing the blueprints, and making modular or total duplication easy enough, affordable enough, and attractive enough so that positive and sustainable world‑change will spread on its own.

One Community is a nonprofit all‑volunteer sustainability think tank. Our volunteer team fluctuates between 100‑200 team members and has included over 2,000 volunteers representing more than 60 different countries. • Degree in architecture or landscape architecture
• Lumion and Sketch Up access and experience
• Minimum 10 hours (20 would be better) a week for at least 2 months
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment

The City Center designs are complete and we have examples of what we'd like for the renders needed. We need someone with Lumion skills and a sufficiently capable computer to complete the renders and video walk‑around for the structure.
