Specializing in casinos, hotels, and resorts—with a unique focus on Native American gaming properties—we deliver master planning, architecture, interior design, and construction administration services across North America.

Our St. Louis–based architecture firm is seeking a hybrid BIM Manager & IT Coordinator to lead digital design workflows and oversee essential technology operations within our 30-person studio.

• Maintain and evolve BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Lead BIM project setup and provide hands‑on Revit modeling support.
• Conduct model audits, resolve technical issues, and ensure robust BIM execution.
• Support architectural staff with modeling, documentation, and coordination.
• Host BIM training sessions and maintain onboarding materials.
• Drive innovation using tools like Dynamo, AI‑assisted workflows, plugins, and automation.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with consultants.

• Provide first‑line IT support (workstations, software, printers, network basics).
• Coordinate with managed IT service providers for escalated issues.
• Manage software licensing.
• Support hardware purchases, workstation setup, and user provisioning.
• Oversee digital file standards, backup integrity, and cybersecurity.
• Contribute to technology planning and budgeting.

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, BIM management, or digital design tech.
• Advanced Revit proficiency.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
• Familiarity with IT basics.
• Experience with visualization or coordination tools.
• Bonus:
